𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝘁𝗶𝗽𝘀 & 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗥𝗼𝗰𝗸𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘆:
Beach 106 is accessible via car, Rockaway Ferry from Wall Street Pier 11 or Sunset Park for $4.00 each way or via the MTA on a Rockaway bound A train transferring to the Shuttle at Broad Channel, exiting at Beach 105 or Rockaway Park- Beach 116 St. The Beach 116 St. station is wheelchair accessible. The wooden boardwalk along the ocean will take you from Beach 116 to Beach 106 and has access ramps at all entry points.
We were able to collect over 50 LBS of trash (!) and had some really meaningful conversations with people in the community along the way.
